    These ball chain joining and splicing pliers can be used to form endless loops out of ball chain and bead chain, attach end rings to the chain and to close the "open balls" that are used as termination devices. They are sometimes referred to as ball chain splicing tools.  These ball chain cutting and joining tools are made in the USA and can be purchased in bulk or individually.

    The #10 size works with 3/16" open balls or chain.
